Description
VAN ARDI LLC is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming visitors, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant and organized experience. If you enjoy working with people and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we would be happy to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations for guest rooms, tours & dining area
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Coordinate with the service staff in organizing special events
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries
- Provide guests with information about the menu, winery, and services
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean and organized
- Handle guest requests and assist in resolving guest concerns when needed
- Perform other tasks within a hospitality chain and back office operations
Requirements
- Knowledge of English, Russian, and Armenian
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required (overtime guaranteed)
