We are looking for a Head of People & Culture to build a scalable, high-performing, and people-centered organization while preserving Gotcha’s authentic culture, energy, and lifestyle identity.
This is a strategic leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO / Founder, with responsibility for shaping how our people, leaders, culture, and organization evolve as we grow

- Build a scalable organization — strengthen structure, accountability, communication, management routines, and people systems.
- Develop leadership capability — coach managers, establish leadership standards, and build a strong feedback and people-management culture.
- Shape culture & employee experience — create an environment where people feel connected, motivated, respected, and proud to work at Gotcha.
- Build scalable talent systems — strengthen recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, and workforce readiness.
- Lead organizational transformation — support teams through growth, change, and increasing organizational complexity.
- Strengthen HR operations & analytics — build reliable, scalable, data-driven HR practices and workforce visibility.
Պահանջներ
- 7+ years of progressive HR / People & Culture experience
- Experience in hospitality, retail, HoReCa, FMCG, lifestyle, or fast-growing businesses
- Strong expertise in organizational development, culture, leadership development, and transformation
- Experience supporting organizations through scaling and operational growth
- Previous team management experience is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- HR or leadership certifications are an advantage

Gotcha's journey began when an enthusiastic girl, our CEO founder, decided to bring the unique charm of Asian boba tea to her beloved city. Inspired by her travels throughout Asia, where she fells in love with the tantalizing flavors of bubble tea, she dreamed of sharing this experience with her fellow Armenians.
