We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will lead and shape the overall marketing strategy for both gotcha and andmore. This role is responsible for building strong, consistent brand positioning, driving growth across all channels, and managing the execution of marketing initiatives — from digital and social media to campaigns, partnerships, and offline activations. The Head of Marketing will work closely with creative, operations, and leadership teams to ensure that every touchpoint reflects the brand’s vision, values, and ambition.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing strategies,
- Oversee all marketing operations,
- Conduct market research,
- Create and implement marketing strategies,
- Manage public relations and drive sales growth,
- Develop promotional campaigns and manage marketing budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Market Planning,
- Marketing Management and Market Research
- Experience in Sales and Public Relations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and execute promotional campaigns
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in the beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian

Gotcha's journey began when an enthusiastic girl, our CEO founder, decided to bring the unique charm of Asian boba tea to her beloved city. Inspired by her travels throughout Asia, where she fells in love with the tantalizing flavors of bubble tea, she dreamed of sharing this experience with her fellow Armenians.
