Description
Courtyard by Mariiott Yerevan hotel is looking for a dedicated and guest-focused Guest Service Representative (Guest Relations Specialist) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent guest satisfaction before, during, and after the stay.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional first impression
- Maintain close communication with guests throughout their stay
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and special needs efficiently
- Provide recommendations regarding hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation upon request
- Prepare personalized notes and amenities for guestrooms (welcome notes, special occasion notes, etc.)
- Handle and resolve guest complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Send post–check-out emails to guests and collect feedback on their stay
- Record and follow up on guest feedback to support service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English is mandatory
- Service experience is an advantage
- Availability to work flexible shifts
Additional Notes
8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 2:00 PM-11:00 PM, 5 days weekly (working both shifts is mandatory)
