Guest Relations Agent

Description

The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for an experienced and proactive candidate for the position of the Guest Relations Agent who will be accountable for providing upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure constant quality and service excellence through personalized approach․
• Check the arrival list, identify the top VIPs, prepare the personalized welcome letters․
• Assign amenities and follow up on their delivery․
• Interact with guests during each opportunity (check-in, check-out, breakfast etc.), insure their satisfaction from the stay․
• Respond to guest requests for every day queries as well as special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, etc.) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers․
• Act as a lobby Ambassador during pick times, providing a warm welcome to the Guests and orienting them in the Lobby․
• Respond to requests from guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction․
• Other related duties as assigned․

Requirements

• BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field․
• At least 1year work experience in relevant position․
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills․
• Ability to work under pressure․
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills․
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages․
