Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of marketing campaigns and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand identity across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail marketing, promotional design, and visual communication, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Design promotional materials for weekly and monthly offers, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Create in-store branding materials, including posters, shelf talkers, price tags, banners, window graphics, POSM, navigation signage, and promotional displays.
- Design digital assets for social media, website, mobile applications, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Ensure visual consistency across all supermarket branches and communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Merchandising teams to support commercial objectives.
- Lead the design process from concept to final production while meeting deadlines.
- Supervise print production, prepare print-ready files, and coordinate with printing suppliers to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain and continuously develop the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas for campaigns and customer engagement.
- Stay up to date with design trends, retail marketing innovations, consumer behavior, and AI-powered design tools.
- Review and provide feedback on design work created by junior designers when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising, packaging, digital, and print design projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma is considered an advantage.
- Experience preparing files for professional printing.
- Strong typography, layout, color theory, and composition skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
