We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Design Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our graphic design team, ensuring high-quality design output, and collaborating with other departments to achieve our marketing and branding goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the graphic design team, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement design strategies to enhance our brand identity and market presence.
• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various projects, including marketing materials, websites, and social media.
• Collaborate with the team members to create and execute campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of print and digital design best practices.
