German speaking Customer Service Agents in Armenia.
You will work for a well-known Customer Care Company, headquartered in Berlin and with
operational sites distributed over Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Correspondence with our customers by phone and e-mail
•  Customer consulting
•  Complaint management
•  General customer service

Required Skills and Experience:

•  Knowledge of German language, min. B2 level
•  Customer orientation
•  Patient and friendly personality
•  Team player
•  No previous experience is required
