Overview:
Dream Bridgeman International School is seeking to recruit qualified Secondary School Geography Teacher for the upcoming academic year. This position is a part-time role, with scheduled presence on campus. The school follows the Oxford curriculum framework and is committed to high academic standards, student-centered learning, and professional teaching practice. This position is an instructional role responsible for delivering subject-specific curriculum content, assessing student learning, and supporting students’ academic development.
Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the British curriculum
• Teach subject content appropriate to secondary school levels
• Apply effective classroom management and instructional strategies
• Use assessment to monitor student progress and inform instruction
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment
Assessment & Academic Responsibilities:
• Design and administer assessments in line with curriculum requirements
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
• Contribute to reporting and academic documentation
• Support examination preparation when applicable
Classroom Management & Student Support:
• Participate in departmental meetings and school activities
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership
• Communicate professionally with parents when required
• Contribute to a positive school culture and professional environment
Professional Responsibilities & Collaboration:
• Establish a positive, respectful, and structured classroom environment
• Promote student responsibility, engagement, and academic integrity
• Support students’ academic and personal development
• Collaborate with campus supervisors and student support services when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area (Geography)
- Teaching qualification or certification
- Previous experience teaching at secondary school level preferred
- Familiarity with the British curriculum is an asset
- Strong subject knowledge and instructional skills
- Effective classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to professional conduct and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English required
