General Manager

Description

We’re looking for a progressive manager with strong leadership skills with below requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff
• Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
• Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to customers
• Working closely with Managers and other senior staff to improve efficiency and performance
• Improving internal processes for better productivity
• Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required

Requirements

• Higher education in business, economics or marketing
• at least 5 years in relevant position
• strong leadership, motivated, problem-solving, communication skills, analitical ability
• strong trilingual skill set with professional fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian for both writing and speaking. Knowledge of any other language will be an advantage.
