Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build, improve, and maintain multiple web-based products. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems and has experience developing real-time features and scalable applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications
• Build scalable and reliable web-based solutions
• Design and develop APIs and backend services
• Create and improve real-time chat and messaging systems
• Develop notification systems (in-app, email, SMS, push)
• Implement user authentication, permissions, and account management
• Work with databases and optimize performance
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system stability
• Participate in architecture and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with the team to turn ideas into production-ready features

Requirements

• 3+ years of Full Stack development experience
• Strong experience with Node.js
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
• Experience building REST APIs
• Experience with WebSockets, Socket.IO, or other real-time technologies
• Experience developing chat and messaging systems
• Experience creating notification systems
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS or large-scale web applications
• Experience with Cloudflare, AWS, or similar cloud services
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipelines
• Experience optimizing application performance and scalability
