Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Front Office operations while maintaining high service standards.
- Participate in the selection of front office personnel. Recruit, manage, train and develop the Front Office team.
- Plan work schedules, set departmental objectives, policies and procedures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure VIP and regular guests receive personalized and attentive service.
- Maximize room occupancy and apply up-selling techniques to promote services.
- Maintain team discipline, appearance and service standards.
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation with all hotel departments.
- Conduct team meetings, prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire and health regulations.
- Support other departments whenever necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office (supervisory or managerial role).
- Fluency in Armenian and English/Russian.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and sales-oriented mindset.
- High sense of responsibility, initiative and flexibility.
- Knowledge of Triosoft PMS is a plus․

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
