Messier 53 Hotel Yerevan is looking for a professional, guest-focused, and motivated Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team.
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient workflow, and consistent compliance with Messier 53 Hotel Yerevan’s service standards and procedures.
The successful candidate will lead and support the Front Desk team during shifts, assist with guest requests and concerns, and coordinate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and reservations.

Lead, support, and motivate Front Desk Associates throughout their shifts.

Ensure that all guest interactions and operational procedures are handled according to hotel standards and SOPs.

Provide training, coaching, and constructive feedback to Front Office team members.

Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly, professionally, and with a service-oriented approach.

Ensure accurate handling of guest accounts, payments, records, and Front Office documentation.

Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may affect the guest experience.

Assist with daily reports, shift handovers, and other Front Office administrative tasks.

Support the Front Office Manager with operational duties and team coordination when required.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, safety standards, and service expectations.

Maintain a professional appearance and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements

Previous experience in a Front Office/Reception role; supervisory experience in a hotel environment is preferred.

Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent guest-service orientation and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging or stressful situations.

Knowledge of hotel PMS (TrioSoft) systems is preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Team-oriented, responsible, proactive, and solution-focused approach.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
