Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is looking for a Front Desk Agent who will greet every guest with a smile and make their stay unforgettable.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming first impression for every guest.
- Deliver smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
- Provide accurate information and personalized assistance to make every stay exceptional.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Be fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.
- Be friendly and professional, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Show passion for service and the ability to solve problems with a smile.
- Be flexible and ready to work with a dynamic schedule, including weekends, holidays and night shifts
Additional Notes
working schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 2:00 PM-11:00 PM and 11:00 PM- 8:00 AM (working all shifts is mandatory)
