If you’re curious about working as a front desk agent, then you’ve come to the right place.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Requirements
- Strong skills in English and Russian languages is a must
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Highly responsible
- University degree in a related discipline preferred
