Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is seeking a professional and guest-oriented Front Office Agent to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring efficient front desk operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within an international hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures

• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner

• Manage reservations and guest profiles using Opera PMS

• Process payments and ensure accurate billing

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions

• Maintain Movenpick service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

• Opera PMS knowledge is required

• Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends, holidays and night shifts.
