Company Description

Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan is situated in the heart of Yerevan near the Republic Square. The Hotel presents 36 luxury-appointed rooms, providing the guests' comfort and offering its own unique welcoming atmosphere.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Agent at Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs and assisting guests with inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities

Available to register, process, and greet customers promptly․
Check the daily arrival list․
Welcome customers to the hotel․
Respond to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings․
Arrange for special services requested by the customer․
Ensure that own cash is secure at all times․
Ensure all discrepancies in own cash are declared to the Manager․
Ensure that guest details are not disclosed․
Maintain high confidentiality regarding guest privacy․

Requirements

Strong knowledge of English and Russian․
Highly responsible and reliable․
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times․
Customer service attitude․
Multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks․
Flexible work schedule including night shifts․
