Description
Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan is looking for a Floor Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, greeting guests, monitoring table pacing, and checking in on dining satisfaction.
- Train and onboard new front-of-house staff on menu knowledge, POS operation, service steps, and safety procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand service standards, sequence of service, and presentation guidelines for food and drinks.
- Oversee dining room presentation, ensuring tables, seating, lighting, music levels, and side stations are immaculately maintained.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices across the floor according to local food safety standards.
- Assist F&D manager in developing and implementing core business and marketing plans.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Experience in hospitality.
- Solid understanding of steps of service.
- Outstanding communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of English and Russian.
