Floor Manager

Description

Golden Palace hotel, Yerevan is looking for a Floor Manager.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the restaurant’s sales levels and profitability and create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees to work in different positions at the restaurant.
• Assist F&D manager in developing and implementing core business and marketing plans.
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• Solid understanding of steps of service.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
