Description
We are hiring finance officer.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of invoices, acts, delivery notes, and other primary documentation.
- Coordinate and control execution of the Director’s tasks
- Manage business correspondence and documentation
- Prepare calculations and reports (including Microsoft Excel)
- Prepare official letters, applications and business documents
- Communicate with employees and contractors
- Visit government institutions when required (Yerevan Municipality, Gazprom, ENA, etc.)
- Coordinate and control execution of the Director’s tasks
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Director
Required qualifications
- Higher education (preferably in economics, finance,accounting or related fields)
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Analytical thinking and ability to react quickly
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, reports, data handling)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
- Attention to detail
- Stress resistance and ability to work in a dynamic environment
