Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and control functions of Gyumrifish LLC. This includes budgeting, accounting, forecasting, cost management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires a strategic thinker capable of translating financial data into actionable business insights
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Ensure compliance with national accounting and tax regulations.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Manage banking relationships, credit lines, and financial institutions.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and reporting systems.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities and auditors․
- Provide management with regular financial analysis and risk assessments.
- Supervise and develop finance department staff to ensure accuracy and accountability․
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 5‒10 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in manufacturing or production sectors.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software, financial reporting, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving. Fluency in Armenian and Russian required; English proficiency preferred.
