Executive Assistant

Position Summary:

AAB Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support executive-level operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, working with tender papers, maintaining accurate records, and performing calculations using spreadsheets. Strong English communication skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and manage tender documentation and related paperwork
• Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets, including data entry, updates, and reporting
• Perform basic mathematical calculations and data verification
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Coordinate administrative tasks and support executive workflows
• Communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism and reliability
