Job responsibilities:
Partner with new clients and build sustainable, long-term relationships with them
Proactively search for leads and reach out to them
Take care of client retention
Conduct online calls and offline meetings with clients
Correspond regularly with clients via all communication channels to maintain and optimize relationships
Identify and assess partners’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Attend industry events with clear objectives and success criteria
Required qualifications:
High proficiency in English language, both written and verbal (close to native)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Result-oriented
Open to networking
Proactive internet surfing skills
Skills to develop ideas derived from online/offline research
Desire for growth
Working hours: 10am-7pm Monday till Friday.
