English-Armenian translator

Description

AAB construction is looking for an English-Armenian translator.

Responsibilities

• Accurately translate text or spoken material from English to Armenian while ensuring the meaning and context are preserved,
• Adapt content to fit the cultural context of the target language, ensuring the message resonates with the intended audience,
• Conduct research on terminology, expressions, and subject matter to ensure high-quality translations,
• Work closely and communicate with contractors to clarify project details, specifications, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Armenian,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages,
• A degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Connection to the engineering field will be considered an advantage.
