Dispatcher & Operations Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily deliveries and manage transportation logistics for our growing logistics company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient routing of freight, maintaining communication with drivers, and addressing any service or scheduling issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and equipment to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
• Monitor and track the status of deliveries and ensure on-time performance.
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout their routes, relaying updates and handling any issues in real-time.
• Use routing software and GPS systems to optimize delivery schedules.
• Receive and record customer calls, input orders, and provide updates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of driver logs, route progress, delivery confirmations, and incident reports.
• Resolve conflicts or delivery issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and fleet maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Hours: Monday to Friday (9AM-5PM EST) - (5PM-1AM ARMENIA TIME)
