Yerkir Real Estate agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Speicalist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as social media, websites, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with digital marketing specialists to enhance overall campaign outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Coordinate with developers to communicate company needs, implement CRM changes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta, and other relevant platforms).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret detailed reports.
• Advanced knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages.
