Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on financial efficiency and cost control․
• Support the General Director in strategic planning, budgeting, and execution․
• Manage and continuously improve the KPI system across departments․
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and implement data-driven decisions․
• Control inventory, procurement, and expense management to maximize profitability․
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards․
• Lead staff development, training, and performance reviews with financial accountability in mind․
• Handle operational and financial challenges with professionalism and speed․
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities, evaluating ROI and cost-effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or financial management․
• Strong leadership and communication skills․
• Solid understanding of KPI-based performance systems․
• Analytical mindset with ability to optimize costs and improve margins․
• Fluent in Armenian and Russian (English is a plus)․
