Data Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsible Regulatory Data Coordinator to join our team and support the certification processes for international markets. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate submission of data to our partners, particularly for non-EU and EU markets, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for extracting data from internal systems and entering it into pre-defined templates provided by partners, ensuring full accuracy and compliance. In the case of EU countries, you will use a dedicated program with an existing database — training will be provided. This position requires the ability to work under pressure, manage large volumes of sensitive data, and maintain precision at all times.

Responsibilities

• Input data from internal systems into certification templates for non-EU markets․
• Use our specialized EU certification platform to submit applications (training provided)․
• Carefully review all data for accuracy — even a single incorrect character can lead to certification rejection․
• Maintain strict confidentiality and control over sensitive product and partner data․
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth certification workflows․
• Track progress, flag issues, and help troubleshoot submission problems․
• Support documentation, reporting, and archiving as needed․

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, regulatory support, compliance, or similar roles․
• Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role․
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle large data sets under tight deadlines․
• Ability to stay focused and productive under pressure․
• Strong analytical mindset and data review skills․
• High level of integrity and responsibility in working with sensitive and confidential information․
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document templates․

2000 թվականին «ՍՊՍ Սիգարոն» ընկերությունը աշխարհին ներկայացրեց սիգարետի նոր ապրանքանիշ՝ յուրահատուկ ֆիլտր-ծխափողով: Սիգարետների արտադրության մեջ օգտագործվում էին աշխարհահռչակ պլանտացիաների լավագույն ծխախոտատեսակները։
