Job Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist

Bitcoin Armenia is looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a passion for delivering excellent service. Our company operates 24/7 online to ensure our clients receive assistance at any time, while also providing offline services until midnight. Therefore, this position is shift-based and hybrid.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, with a desire to work in a dynamic, collaborative team
• Knowledge of basic arithmetics
• Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently use various software and online applications
• Proficiency in both English and Russian

• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• High sense of responsibility and an analytical mindset
• Decision-making and time management abilities
• Ability to manage stress and resolve conflicts effectively

Additional Information:

Salary after taxes: 300,000 - 500,000 AMD with opportunities for increase up to 600,000 AMD through referrals and additional responsibilities. The work schedule is flexible around 6.5 hours a day, 6 days a week.
