Calling clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Answering client questions about services, products, billing, claims, …
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English

Additional Notes

Working schedule: 18:00 to 04:00, six days a week
