🎥 Dream Bridgeman Oxford International School is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and creative Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our growing family!

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will live and breathe our school’s spirit, spending time on campus daily to showcase the amazing world of learning, creativity, and community that happens here every single day.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage our school’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Create high-quality Reels and videos that highlight daily school life, classroom activities, and special events.
- Write engaging captions, posts, and stories that reflect the school’s values, warmth, and international atmosphere.
- Cover and promote important school events, performances, projects, and celebrations in real-time.
- Collaborate with teachers, students, and staff to capture authentic moments that showcase our vibrant community.
- Track engagement, monitor feedback, and recommend ways to increase reach and interaction.
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts (experience in education, media, or creative industries is a plus).
- Strong skills in creating Reels and short videos — filming, editing, and adding creative touches.
- Possesses a good eye for photography, design, and visual storytelling.
- Is fluent in English (knowledge of Armenian and Russian is a big advantage).
- Is energetic, responsible, and ready to be present on campus every day to capture live school moments.
- Is proactive, creative, and loves working in a dynamic environment surrounded by children and educators.
- Has advanced knowledge of design tools.
Additional Notes
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-day presence required.
