Cold Calling Specialist

Description

We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to join our sales team and help us find new business opportunities. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, introduce our services, identify their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent and comfortable making high volume of outbound cold calls․

Working Hours: US Time zone

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential customers
• Research companies and find the right contacts
• Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
• Keep customer information updated in the CRM system
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
• Share feedback about customer needs and market trends

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling, sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people
• Ability to build relationships quickly
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
