About us "GyumriFish" LLC is one of the largest and most advanced fish farms in Armenia, producing trout, siberian sturgeon, trout caviar and other fish products for almost 20 years. Company ownes 3 farms in Armenia, one in Masis region, one in Gyumri and other in Araqs village. In our company we have the full production cycle of fish from fertilized eggs up till market size fish, which is processed in our processing factory in SIS village and exported worldwide.
The company has many trading partners in Russia, Belarus, USA and Kazakhstan, and suppliers of fish feed from France and innovative sulutions for trout farming from Denmark.
"GyumriFish" LLC also ownes the famous fish restaurant "Cherkezi dzor" in Gyumri and "Ecofish" distribution company in Moscow.

Job Description: Chief Executive Officer will provide leadership, ensuring the effectient organization of companies day-to-day activites. The ideal candidate need to ba able to communicate worldwide , speak fluent Russian and English and understand business environment in Armenia. The CEO should be able to lead the dynamic team of the company, adapt to fast changing enivironment and be able to make right decisions in critical situations.
This person will work closely with the founders of the company and team members, actively participating in day-to-day operations while managing the organization’s activities.
Responsibilities
Organization and monitoring of comanies day-to-day activities, business processes, negotioations with main clients, monitoring prices of fish in different markets and coordinating purchases.
Partisipation in strategic finanacial and operational planning of the comany, monitoring the profitability of all divisions and identifing vulnerable points in the organization.
Management of the personel, hiring new employees.
Doing the promotion of main products in Armenia and Russia and other markets.
Making sure all divisions of the company run smoothly and coordinanated.
Other responcibilities directed by the situation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in management or related discipline.
Executive work experience in production or related company
Language and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to solve conflict situations and handle stress.
Additional Notes
The Job requires travel to Masis, Gyumri, Moscow and sometimes to European countries.
