We are a startup launching modular tiny homes for the eco-living and glamping market in Armenia. Our goal is to offer a turnkey solution for entrepreneurs and private buyers – including landowners and those seeking vacation homes – to create high-ROI, unique hospitality experiences.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our founding team. In this role, you will lead our sales and growth efforts, focusing on selling our modular homes and expanding our customer base in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Strategy: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our modular homes.
- Lead the Sales Cycle: Own the full B2C sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Drive Lead Generation: Build and manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Content & Marketing: Create marketing content (videos, photos, copy) to drive sales.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, build relationships, and represent the brand.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and refine sales strategies.
What You'll Bring
- Proven Experience: Proven B2C sales experience (real estate, luxury goods, or similar).
- Marketing Savvy: Expertise in social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram ads).
- Creative Skills: Content creation skills (video, photo, copywriting).
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Languages: Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
