About the Brand:
We are introducing a premium international skincare brand to the Armenian market, launching through top-tier pharmacy chains and other channels. With clinically backed formulations and a strong international reputation, this brand will offer high-performance dermo-cosmetic solutions to pharmacy customers.
We are seeking a mid-level Brand & Sales Manager to oversee the successful launch and ensure ongoing development and sales growth of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the brand launch plan across Tier 1 pharmacy and other chains
- Develop and implement monthly sales targets, forecasts, and activation calendars
- Coordinate in-store visibility, promotional campaigns, and sampling programs
- Build strong working relationships with pharmacy partners and internal sales teams
- Monitor SKU performance, product rotation, and replenishment strategies
- Control and optimize the promotional and trade marketing budget
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and market insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and field teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG (preferably within pharmacy or retail channels)
- Strong knowledge of sales strategy, brand activation, and budget management
- Experience working with pharmacy chains or retail networks
- Analytical thinking with experience in forecasting and sales reporting
- Excellent planning, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken); Armenian required
- Passion for skincare, innovation, and customer satisfaction
