Brand Manager – Fashion and Retail (Karl Lagerfeld)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Retail Brand Manager to lead the operational and commercial performance of Karl Lagerfeld. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, optimizing store operations, and upholding the highest standards of brand integrity. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in retail management, sales growth, and brand development, capable of driving both performance and prestige in a competitive luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations, stock management, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and customer loyalty.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and sales teams.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement actions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s values and prestige.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in brand management, retail marketing, or working with fashion/lifestyle brands.
• Comprehensive understanding of fashion branding, visual storytelling, and consumer behavior in the retail sector.
• Creative mindset with experience in campaign ideation, visual merchandising, or influencer collaborations.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and fashion-related social media trends.
• Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes and participate in international projects and events.
