Description

"Boduen Brandy" LLC is looking for an employee for the position of brand manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for cognac brands․
• Define brand positioning and create a communication platform․
• Plan and execute advertising and PR campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, SMM, events)․
• Conduct market, competitor, and target audience analysis․
• Participate in the development of packaging, visual identity, and POS materials․
• Manage the marketing budget, provide reporting, and evaluate campaign effectiveness․
• Coordinate with external partners: agencies, designers, producers of promotional materials․
• Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and logistics departments․
• Contribute to the development of new products in the spirits category.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Specialist․
• Experience in the alcoholic beverages or FMCG sector is an advantage․
• Strong skills in both strategic and operational marketing․
• Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns (from briefing to implementation)․
• Ability to work with data, reports, and research (Nielsen, GfK, etc.)․
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (for communication with suppliers/partners)․
• Proactive, creative, and capable of working in a multitasking environment.
