Brand Manager

Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring the brand strategy to ensure sustainable growth in sales, visibility, and market presence. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing, sales, and merchandising teams, as well as communication with the brand’s regional or global representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the brand’s annual business and marketing plan.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights; prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with the brand’s visual and communication guidelines.
• Plan and organize brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional activities.
• Maintain communication with the brand’s headquarters regarding product orders, marketing materials, and seasonal plans.
• Collaborate with store managers and the visual merchandising team to optimize sales performance.
• Monitor stock levels, plan reorders, and manage pricing and markdown strategies.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand management or retail.
• Strong command of English and Russian (both written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment․
