Brand Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Pandora and TOUS brands to drive market growth.
• Cascade brand Standards | guidelines to relevant teams, follow up the execution and ensure its smooth and effective implementation.
• Support with development of annual business plan for brands: ordering, portfolio development with the cooperation with marketing team.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Brand Management & Logistics and Sales departments to provide a sense of direction for brands.
• Ensure smooth and effective execution of Pandora brand cycles and TOUS collections on the market: ordering and placement of VMs, merchandising in stores, sales knowledge and marketing support.
• Monitor brand performance (commercial and marketing KPIs). Provide monthly overview of performance and identified gaps.
• Collaboration with marketing team for development of Marketing plans for Pandora and TOUS: annual and monthly updates.
• Research and monitor consumer preferences and attitudes about products or services to identify trends and patterns in buying behavior.
• Analyze brand performance for proper ordering creation in collaboration with ordering team.
• Control and improve Sales & Service quality level in shops.
• Identify new business opportunities to ensure future growth

Required Qualifications

• Higher education.
• Working experience as a Brand Development Manager or other relevant field.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize the various duties and responsibilities.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
