Tashir Arena is seeking a skilled B2B & B2C Sales Manager !!!
Job Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to retention.
- Identifying and researching new potential clients.
- Actively making outbound calls to generate new leads.
- Conducting individual meetings and consultations with private clients.
- Retaining existing clients by renewing contracts and offering new products.
- Executing cross-selling strategies to maximize client value.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations on our products.
- Managing and presenting accurate reports on sales activities and results as required by the company.
- Following current instructions and procedures given by the management.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; proficiency in English is required.
- High stress resilience and excellent interpersonal relationship management skills.
- Proven sales skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
