Gulf Armenia is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients.
- Identify and engage potential clients through research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate product/service solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings.
- Prepare price lists, sales proposals, and service packages tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze industry trends and contribute ideas for growth strategies in target markets.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
