B2B Sales Manager

FYM Management is expanding the team and is currently seeking a sales manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Cooperate with local and foreign partners, creating contracts, and updating databases in CRM on a daily basis.
• Develop long-term cooperation and conduct daily sales calls and emails.
• Follow all the existing and upcoming reservation deposit deadlines and their validity.
• Nurture FYM key partners and grow their potential.
• Maintain immediate and timely communication with management.
• Represent FYM in various events and exhibitions.
• Provide feedback to enhance offerings based on client needs and market demands.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required qualifications:

• At least 1 year of working experience as a sales manager (experience in hospitality would be a great plus).
• Excellence in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful negotiation skill.
• Productive communication and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills.
• Flexibility and team workability.
