Main responsibilities
- Having productive cooperation with local and foreign partners, creating contracts, and updating database in CRM on a daily basis.
- Arranging meetings and site inspections, developing long-term cooperation, and conducting daily sales calls and emails.
- Following all the existing and upcoming reservations deposit deadlines, and their validity.
- Nurturing FYM key partners and growing their potential.
- Keep immediate and timely communication to management.
- Represent FYM in various events and exhibitions.
- Review no-show and canceled reservations and process charges according to hotel policies.
- Process all reservation requests from customers.
Required qualifications
- University Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of working experience as a sales manager (experience in hospitality would be a great plus).
- Excellence in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
- Productive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and team workability.
- Time management skills.
- Successful negotiation skill.
