Assistant Sales Manager

We are AUTOPATTERNS company more than 2 years on the market of the digital patterns. Right now we are launching our own software and looking for an assistance in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for English speaking customers and order processing
• Training and demonstration of AUTOPATTERNS software.
• Analysis and handling of technical problems
• Assistant in attraction new global customers
• Helping in maintenance of a customer database
• Documents management

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (C1)
• Excellent communication skills, customer facing
• Experienced in customer support for B2B;
• Speak directly with customers: consultations, selling and training (Remote/Office)
• Ability and willingness to learn
• The ability to work with documentation

Big plus:

• Experience in selling IT products on the B2B market
• Knowledge of Corel Draw, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of Russian and Armenian
• Knowledge and experience of working with Windows/Mac OS
