Air Arabia Sales Support Coordinator

Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive administrative, commercial, and operational support to the Air Arabia Armenia Sales Team, including Travel agents, corporates clients. This role ensures timely and efficient handling of group bookings, system support, agency coordination, and sales follow-up activities. The position plays a critical role in securing group business, maintaining process compliance, and delivering excellent partner support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and create new agency accounts and administrating user access in the system.
• Assist travel agents with booking system issues (availability, fare rules, technical errors) and escalate unresolved cases.
• Assist to provide initial training and onboarding support to newly activated agencies and maintain regular engagement with active partners.
• Along with Sales Executive be fully involved in handling group bookings end-to-end: receive requests, ensure accurate pricing, confirm seats, track payments, and coordinate with Finance team.
• Manage booking queues, extend time limits, and ensure timely ticket issuance to avoid cancellations or penalties.
• Supports the coordination of the OTA/ API integration process
• Assists in organizing sales promotion campaigns and FAM trips; coordinates with marketing team on requirements and necessary arrangements.
• Conduct regular benchmarks of competitor (OAL) pricing to ensure Air Arabia remains competitive across key routes and markets.
• Assist with internal reporting — including daily, weekly, or monthly updates on group sales, agency performance, and ongoing initiatives.
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure agencies follow company policies and fare/ticketing procedures․
• Process, and maintain standard agency agreements, tracking validity periods and coordinating renewals as needed.
• Maintain a structured database of agency contacts, agreement status, system credentials.
• Coordinate with the airport team regularly and especially during flight disruptions or irregular operations to support rebooking, protect passengers, and inform agencies promptly.
• Support market feedback collection and provide insights to the commercial team to improve sales tools and partner support.
• Prepare and deliver newsletters and actively promote Air Arabia’s products, offers, and operational updates to trade partners via social media channels (WhatsApp, Telegram) and email to ensure consistent engagement and drive sales
• Performs any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in airline or travel agency sales support roles.
• Knowledge of airline reservation systems (Sabre, Amadeus, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proven skills in analysing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending cost-effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English and Armenian; Russian is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• High attention to detail, organization, and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Ability to use a balance of technical expertise, and interpersonal relations to execute new initiatives that support company’s objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
