Description
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop, manage, and expand affiliate partnerships for our iGaming projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience in building long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, managing existing partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing traffic quality, and optimizing campaigns to maximize revenue and return on investment. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing, product, and CRM teams to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Experience in the iGaming industry, affiliate marketing, or online gaming products will be considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and expand affiliate partnerships.
* Recruit new affiliates and negotiate commercial terms.
* Maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
* Analyze affiliate performance and optimize campaigns.
* Monitor traffic quality and fraud.
* Manage CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and CPL deals.
* Coordinate with Product, CRM, and Ads teams.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Monitor competitors and identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
* 2+ years of Affiliate Management experience.
* Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, online casino, betting, or a related industry is a strong advantage (or required if you prefer).
* Understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
* Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* English B2 or higher.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools.
