Description
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager(can be both Junior and Middle) to develop, manage, and expand affiliate partnerships for our iGaming projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience in building long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
The position is On-Site. Please do not ask about REMOTE!
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates as well, managing existing partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing traffic quality, and optimizing campaigns to maximize revenue and return on investment. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing, product, and CRM teams to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
As a Junior, our highly skilled specialists will guide and help you.
Experience in the iGaming industry or at least a knowledge of these platforms, affiliate marketing, or online gaming products will be considered a strong advantage. If you have a certificate in this field - you're a highly acceptable candidate!
Special Note: We will have a great and friendly interview, and after that you are required to come to the office for 2 days so we know exactly your working cycle, type and ethics.
-Requirements for Middle-
* 2+ years of Affiliate Management experience.
* Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, online casino, betting, or a related industry is a strong advantage (or required if you prefer).
* Understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
* Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* English B2 or higher.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools.

* At least 6 month experience in negotating, outreaching, affiliate or link building field.
* Strong savvy mindset
* Communicative, who can make someone buy a product or become a partner.
