Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Ads Manager to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and focused on maximizing campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities
. Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns.
. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs.
. Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
. Conduct audience research and A/B testing to improve results.
. Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.
. Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and platform updates
Requiremens
. At least 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising or a similar role.
. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, or other advertising platforms.
. Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign optimization.
. Knowledge of Google Analytics and other reporting tools is an advantage.
. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
. Experience in the iGaming industry or with iGaming platforms will be considered an advantage.
. English level: B1–B2 (B2 preferred)
Additional Notes
Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 or 10:00 - 19:00
