Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple offices and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Oversee logistics and transportation-related operational processes.
- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff and office activities.
- Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and payment processing.
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and support management with operational analysis.
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of office personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or a related industry.
- Previous experience in office management, operations management, or administrative leadership.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong bookkeeping and financial administration experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and logistics management software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple office locations or remote teams.
- Knowledge of freight brokerage and transportation operations.
