Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and brand managers’ teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry.
• Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly
• Lead and implement channel-specific marketing strategies and plans to increase product visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create channel-specific marketing plans to increase product visibility and sales.
• Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Track expenses and report on budget performance regularly.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade marketing initiatives.
• Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in trade marketing, marketing, sales
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
